オーストラリア移民局からのビザのPDF
Visa PDF from the Australian Department of Home Affairs：
オーストラリア滞在中のブリッジングビザを含む全てのビザのPDFをアップロードしてください。
Please upload PDF copies of all visas you have held during your stay in Australia, including any Bridging Visas.
他に移民局からビザに関しての書類がある場合は、そちらもアップロードしてください。例）Reject された通知等。
永住権を申請された方は、申請時の受領書をアップロードしてください。
（Application Statusにビザの種類とReceivedとの記載があるPDFが必要です。）
If you have applied for permanent residency, please upload the receipt or confirmation document from your application. (The PDF must show the visa type and the word “Received” under Application Status.)
メディケアカード(Medicare Card)：
メディケアカードをお持ちの方は下記の情報をお願いします。
If you have a Medicare card, please provide the following information.
- Card Number
- Reference Number
- Expiry
